Frequently asked questions
The 14-day trial lets you discover an eligible plan before the first charge. If you cancel before the end of the trial, no payment is made. If the trial has already been used for this plan, the subscription starts directly with immediate payment.
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your management area. If you cancel, paid access remains available until the end of the already paid period or the current trial.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade depending on the available options. Depending on the requested change, it may take effect immediately or at the end of the current period.
The Free plan gives access to lessons, activities, resources and a limited number of quizzes. Basic unlocks all quizzes. Plus adds My beta space with spaced revision planning, revision tracking and deadlines. The AI assistant and personalised recommendations will arrive later. Teachers will also include My class to support and manage students.
Payment is secure and processed via Stripe. You choose your plan and then your billing rhythm, monthly or yearly, before finalising your subscription.
Yes. If you have a promo code, you can enter it during the payment step. The discount is applied according to the conditions linked to the code.
Once subscribed, you can manage your subscription from your profile or through the billing management area. You can also update your payment information there if needed.
Plus is available in beta and gives access to My space, with a first functional version focused on spaced revision planning, revision tracking and deadlines. The Teachers plan is not yet open for subscription on this page.
